Previously, advisory support outside of your ATO lodgements and bookkeeping was charged as an additional service. Moving forward, this is now a clear, consistent part of what you receive each month, covered by one simple monthly fee.

The only exceptions are larger, one-off consulting work – like sale and purchase of property or business, restructures, and CGT (Capital Gains Tax) advice – which sit outside everyday advisory and can be booked in separately, upfront, before we start.

As part of this change, we’ve also introduced something new: the Grow Your Wealth Program, designed to help you build long-term financial confidence, now included as standard in your package.

We know your time is precious, and so is your peace of mind when it comes to your finances.

You shouldn’t have to chase your accountant for an answer, and you definitely shouldn’t get a surprise invoice every time you do. At Balance Tax Accountants, ongoing advice and support aren’t add-ons. They’re just how we work.
